ErsatzTV provides a subscription service. This page sets out what that does and does not include.
Your connection and your equipment
ErsatzTV runs over your own internet connection, on your own equipment. How well it performs depends on both, and neither is ours. Setup guidance is on this site and we will work through problems with you, but we cannot control the connection or the hardware in your home.
Third-party apps
Playback happens in a player app, and those apps are made by other people. We recommend the right one for your device and help you configure it, but their behaviour, their updates and their own terms are theirs, not ours.
Content
What is available changes. Lineups are not fixed and we do not guarantee that any particular content will be available for the length of your subscription.

We keep this site accurate and we correct it when it is wrong. If something here is out of date, tell us at support@ersatztv.pro.
